Chinese New Year Celebration Ceremony

We are very pleased to introduce our social events to Scottish communities. We have been actively collaborating with churches or other spiritual support groups for holding networking activities, especially for those new migrant communities and ethnic minorities.

For this year's Chinese new year, there will be no exception. Activities such as watercolour painting, Chinese calligraphy workshop, and Cantonese opera performance on the same day may bring you festive vibes and a vibrant socialising environment.

When the festival time comes, we must bear in mind the concept of togetherness, kindness and benevolence beneath customs and festive gestures. Moreover, for the Chinese community, especially the Hong Kong migrant community, many new community members are experiencing the Chinese new year in a foreign place for the very first time. As a BME community support group, we would like to express our greatest wishes and see you there hopefully :D
