Who we are:
New Creation is set up by professionals from different ethnic minority backgrounds with the hope to help the next generation of BMEÂ (Black and Minority Ethnic) youths to realise their potentials and achieve their dreams in this country through a series of programmes that aim to raise their employability.
DR JENNY WONG
Chairman of the Board
She has over 20 years of corporate communications experience in multinational companies such as BUPA International, Philips etc. She worked as Personnel Officer in a railway company for 3 years in staff relations and communication, before teaching at different universities on public relations and intercultural subjects. She holds a doctorate in literature at the University of Glasgow and has been involved in community outreach work in Scotland by providing free advanced English classes to the international community since 2010. Currently, she runs a worldwide English teaching program ACE course to which she has written the course material (www.selbl.org).
MRS BECKY ALAO
Board Member
Mrs Becky Alao, a graduate of Animal Science who is also passionate about helping the less privileged. She has been active in community projects and helps run a food bank as a coordinator of the War on Waste (WoW) food bank project in Glasgow. She is a co-pastor at Jesus’ Praise International Church of God, Scotland. She is a gospel music minister and an intercessor.
MRS ANTOINETTE PREMKUMAR

Mrs Antoinette Premkumar holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and has been involved in Community Work for nearly twenty years, initially as the Project Worker with Meridian, the first BMEÂ (Black and Minority Ethnic) women's initiative in Glasgow. She has been a board member in Glasgow Integrated Community Empowerment and BEMIS, and now working as an outreach worker in Central West Integration Network.
